About Our Products

Due to the design of the fabric patterns we source, we cannot guarantee a consistent appearance for every push pin or magnet. However, each set will be cut from the same lot of fabric.

Some patterns are occasionally subject to backorders. We do everything in our power to prevent this from occurring, but it can happen. Thank you for understanding.

Our products are proudly hand assembled in the U.S.A.

WARNING! These products should be kept away from children under the age of 3 years old or inquisitive pets.  The push pin product contain sharp points.  The magnet product contains magnets or magnetic components. Magnets sticking together or becoming attached to a metallic object inside the human body can cause serious or fatal injury. Seek immediate medical help if magnets are swallowed or inhaled. 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within five to seven [5-7] business days from date of order submission.

If you need something sooner than that, please send us an email at info@kenwoodlane.com to inquire about a rush order.

During the holiday season, November 1 – January 15, we may experience some delays due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped Priority Mail via United States Postal Service. We are currently only shipping to locations within the United States.

Sales Tax

Sales tax (6.25%) will only be applied to orders shipped to the state of Massachusetts.

Payment

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. All payments are collected using 128-bit SSL technology to keep your confidential information safe.

Gift Giving

We will gladly send out your Kenwood Lane purchase to a gift recipient.  Just indicate the address for gift recipient in the shipping address section and any special comments (e.g. Happy Birthday Jaime!) in the notes section during checkout and we will include a special note in the package.

Returns

We stand by our mission that Kenwood Lane products will add style to your everyday organization.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know and we can make an exchange or issue a store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable. In the event that your items are damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four [24] hours so that we may replace the items immediately.

Cancellations

Most orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. Email us to find out the status of the order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Unless you have received an acknowledgement of cancellation from us, your order has been processed and we are unable to cancel it.

Bulk Orders

Kenwood Lane will consider bulk order requests under special circumstances. Please send us your request to info@kenwoodlane.com, with the following details and we will contact you regarding feasibility and pricing.

• fabric swatch selection
• quantity
• timing
• planned use (e.g. shower favors, wedding escort cards, etc.)

Wholesale Inquiries

We would love for Kenwood Lane to be considered in your store or online boutique. Please request a wholesale information packet by emailing us at info@kenwoodlane.com and we will gladly send you a wholesale information packet.

Kenwood Lane collects from our users only the information that is necessary to complete an order: billing and credit card information. Kenwood Lane, LLC is the sole owner of all information collected on this site. the information we collect from you is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third parties to perform certain functions for us, such as credit card processing, order fulfillment, and package delivery. In these cases, we provide such third parties with access only to the information necessary to perform the specific tasks for which they are responsible. They are not authorized to retain, share, or store that information for any other purpose. We will not sell or share your information with any other party.
